How I Used AI to Decode My Genetic Business Blueprint (And Build a Systematic Framework You Can Copy)
Most people fight their nature in business. I used AI to turn mine into my positioning strategy.
There’s a level of AI work I don’t talk about much in this newsletter.
Not because it’s not useful. But because it sounds... personal. Maybe too personal for a newsletter about AI implementation.
But after writing about how I use AI as self-discovery tool—uploading years of journal entries to NotebookLM, letting Claude identify behavioral patterns I couldn’t see myself—I’ve realized something:
The most powerful way to use AI might not be making you more productive.
It’s helping you understand the unconscious patterns that shape how you show up in work and life.
I’ve seen how AI can surface patterns across years of writing that would be impossible to see otherwise. Things like “I tend to compare myself with others” or “my identity is tied to expertise”—patterns that were blocking my growth without me realizing it.
Today’s guest post is from Atmos, founder of Energenetics®, who helps high-achievers break free from unproductive patterns and unlock their authentic strengths through systematic self-work.
If you want to dig deeper into what he writes about, check out these recent posts:
In this piece, Atmos breaks down a systematic framework for using AI to discover your psychological blueprint, specifically how your “difficult” traits might actually be your signature strengths in disguise.
But, this isn’t about personality tests or surface-level insights. Instead, it’s about using AI to map the deeper archetypal patterns that drive your decisions, relationships, and business approach.
I think this pushes my work with AI for self‑discovery tool into a new dimension: not just recognizing your patterns, but shaping them into tools you can use.
Here’s Atmos.
Hello, Atmos here 👋🏻
Most people use AI like a fancy search engine. They ask for blog ideas, rewrite their copy, or generate social media posts. But what if AI could help you discover the deepest patterns that drive your success—and the hidden limitations sabotaging your growth?
After months of archetypal work with AI, I discovered something profound: the right context transforms AI from a writing tool into a mirror for your unconscious patterns. Not through clever prompts, but through systematic exploration of universal archetypes that govern how we operate in the world.
The Archetype Problem Most People Never Solve
Here’s what I realized after years of business development work: most entrepreneurs are fighting their own archetypal nature. They try to fit into someone else’s success template instead of understanding their unique psychological blueprint.
Whether you use Carl Jung’s archetypes, the Gene Keys system, Enneagram types, or any other archetypal framework, the principle remains the same: your greatest business challenges often point to your most powerful gifts in disguise.
The Gene Keys represent one particularly sophisticated approach—64 universal archetypes that correspond to the genetic codons in your DNA. But the methodology I’m about to share works with any archetypal system that maps your psychological patterns systematically.
The Context Revolution
Here’s what most AI users miss: the magic isn’t in the prompt—it’s in the context you provide. When you upload your psychological profile, business challenges, and authentic struggles to an AI project, something remarkable happens: The AI doesn’t just respond to your questions; it begins reflecting back patterns you couldn’t see yourself.
This becomes archetypal work at the structural level—where you’re not just getting advice, but systematically deconstructing and rebuilding your approach to business and life through your authentic archetypal lens.
From Struggle to Signature Strength
My own breakthrough came through exploring Gene Key 39—my Life’s Work archetype. At first glance, this seemed like a problem. Gene Key 39 represents “The Provocateur”—someone who creates productive tension and catalyzes change through challenge.
The Shadow frequency felt uncomfortably accurate: I had a pattern of stirring up conflict, pushing against established systems, and making others uncomfortable with my directness. In business contexts, this felt like a liability. Who wants to hire someone who disrupts the status quo?
But when I uploaded my full archetypal profile to Claude and explored this pattern systematically, something shifted. The AI helped me see that this “problematic” energy was actually my signature strength in disguise.
The transformation: Instead of fighting my provocative nature, I learned to position it as “Liberation Specialization”—helping successful people recognize what’s already dead in their businesses and relationships, then exit strategically before crisis hits.
My disruptive energy became my unique value proposition.
The Four-Phase Structural Approach
What makes this different from surface-level personality work is the systematic progression. Through months of AI-assisted archetypal exploration, I discovered that transformation happens in predictable phases:
Phase 1: Pattern Recognition
The AI helps you see recurring themes across your life experiences, business challenges, and relationship dynamics. This isn’t just identifying traits—it’s mapping the structural patterns that create your results.
Phase 2: Shadow Integration
Here’s where most people get stuck. Your “problems” aren’t bugs to be fixed—they’re features to be understood and redirected. The AI helps you trace how your apparent weaknesses connect to your core strengths.
Phase 3: Strategic Reframing
This is where archetypal work becomes business strategy. You translate personal insights into market positioning, identifying exactly who needs what your authentic nature provides.
Phase 4: Systematic Implementation
The final phase involves building practical systems that honor your archetypal nature while serving real market needs. This creates sustainable success because you’re working WITH your psychology, not against it.
The key insight: Each phase builds on the previous one, creating a systematic transformation that’s much deeper than random personality insights.
The Systematic Approach
Here’s the framework that turned AI into my archetypal mirror:
Step 1: Build Your Archetypal Context
Before you can do meaningful archetypal work with AI, you need to understand your psychological blueprint. This could be through:
Gene Keys profile (if you want the most sophisticated genetic-archetypal mapping)
Jungian archetype assessment (for classical psychological patterns)
Enneagram deep-dive (for personality-driven business insights)
Any systematic archetypal framework that maps your core patterns
Warning: Don’t upload a random personality test to AI and expect profound results. You need a framework sophisticated enough to reveal structural patterns, not just surface traits.
Once you have your archetypal foundation, create a comprehensive context document that includes:
Your core archetypal patterns (both gifts and shadows)
Recurring business and relationship challenges
Examples of when you felt most/least authentic
Your natural resistances and what triggers them
Step 2: Map Shadow to Gift
AI excels at pattern recognition when given rich context. Ask it to help you identify:
How your “problematic” patterns might be gifts in disguise
Where your natural challenges point toward your unique strengths
What your resistances reveal about your authentic power
The deeper work: Don’t stop at surface insights. Use AI to trace the structural connections—how does your core wound relate to your life purpose? How do your triggers reveal your mission? This is where the real transformation happens.
Step 3: Translate to Business Positioning
This is where archetypal work becomes practical:
How does your authentic archetypal pattern solve real problems?
What unique perspective does your specific combination offer?
Who needs exactly what your “difficult” traits provide?
Advanced technique: Use AI to help you identify the structural problems your archetype naturally solves. Not just what you do, but why your specific psychology is uniquely equipped to serve certain people in ways others can’t.
Step 4: Test and Integrate
Use AI to help you experiment with expressing these archetypal insights:
Draft positioning statements that honor your authentic patterns
Create content that demonstrates your gifts rather than hiding your shadows
Practice articulating your value through your natural archetypal lens
The systematic difference: Most people stop here. But real transformation requires systematic implementation—building business processes, client interactions, and daily practices that support your archetypal nature long-term.
The Business Breakthrough
What emerged from this process wasn’t just personal insight—it was a complete business repositioning. Instead of trying to be a “nice” consultant who makes everyone comfortable, I embraced my role as someone who helps people end what’s already dead.
This archetypal clarity attracted exactly the right clients: successful people trapped in their own achievements, entrepreneurs exhausted by growth, leaders who sense something needs to change but lack permission to act.
The key insight: Your business problems often stem from fighting your archetypal nature rather than embodying it fully.
Why Most Archetypal Work Fails
Here’s what I learned through systematic exploration: most people try to cherry-pick the “positive” aspects of their archetype while avoiding the challenging parts. This creates internal conflict that sabotages success.
The breakthrough: Your shadows aren’t obstacles to overcome—they’re structural intelligence pointing to your unique gifts. When you try to eliminate them, you eliminate the very tension that makes your archetype powerful.
This is why my approach focuses on integration rather than elimination. The goal isn’t to become a “better” version of yourself—it’s to become a more complete version of your authentic archetypal pattern.
Your Archetypal Audit
Ready to discover your own hidden business archetype? Start with these AI-powered questions:
Pattern Recognition: “Based on my profile and examples, what recurring patterns do you notice in how I approach challenges and relationships?”
Shadow Integration: “What aspects of my personality that I consider ‘problematic’ might actually be strengths in the right context?”
Unique Positioning: “How could my specific combination of traits solve problems that others can’t address?”
Authentic Expression: “What would my business look like if I fully embraced these archetypal patterns instead of fighting them?”
Advanced questions for deeper work:
Structural Analysis: “What’s the connection between my core wounds and my natural gifts? How do they work together systematically?”
Market Alignment: “Who specifically needs the exact combination of challenge and support that my archetype naturally provides?”
Implementation Strategy: “How can I build business systems that honor my archetypal nature while serving real market needs?”
Beyond Surface-Level AI Use
This approach transforms AI from a content generator into a consciousness mirror. When you provide rich archetypal context, the AI helps you see patterns you’re too close to recognize yourself.
The result isn’t just better business positioning—it’s alignment between who you authentically are and how you serve the world. Your “difficult” traits become your signature strengths. Your natural patterns become your positioning.
Most importantly, you stop trying to be someone else’s version of successful and start building from your actual archetypal foundation.
The structural difference: While others use AI for quick fixes and surface optimizations, this approach uses AI for architectural transformation—rebuilding your entire approach to business from your authentic psychological blueprint.
This is why the work takes months, not hours. You’re not just getting insights—you’re systematically rewiring how you operate in the world.
Universal archetypes are encoded in human psychology, whether you access them through Gene Keys, Jungian analysis, or other systematic frameworks. AI can help you unlock them—if you’re willing to go beyond surface-level personality work into structural transformation.
Your unique archetypal pattern isn’t a limitation to overcome. It’s the exact combination the world needs, expressed through your specific gifts and challenges.
The question isn’t whether you have a powerful archetype. The question is: are you ready to discover it—and do the systematic work to embody it fully?

Thank you for the opportunity to publish this article! During writing I realized that my own approach is much more sophisticated than I thought. This covers the basics well.
If you got any questions, feel free to ask. 🙏
The hardest work is seeing patterns you’ve lived with so long they feel invisible.
