Consistency like this compounds in ways most people underestimate.

Showing the workflow is useful, but people usually need the thinking underneath it if they want to do anything real with it.

Your mix of screen share, live conversations, and blueprints feels like the right direction.

yes i think this is the right way!

All for the more human 🙌

Congrats on your anniversary

And year 1 calls for paper, not something digital 😏

Congrats Wyndo! As a fellow builder and someone just (re)starting their substack journey, your story is very inspiring.

Congrats! The gap you’ve identified is real, and it shows up everywhere people try to teach process-heavy skills. The screen share gives you the “what.” The conversation gives you the “why I made that choice at that moment” and that’s the bit that actually transfers.

I’ve noticed the same thing running LinkedIn training. The polished write-up tells people what to do. The live session is where someone asks a question I hadn’t anticipated and the answer turns out to be more useful than anything I’d prepared.

What’s driving the decision to combine both formats rather than committing fully to one?

On the year- that curiosity loop is real. AI writing often starts raw but drifts generic over time. Early posts capture edge, later ones polish up but lose spark without checks.
