This feels like the right use of AI in sales.

Let it spend an hour digging through the company so you don’t turn up sounding like you’ve never heard of them.

Then write the bloody message yourself.

the last mile staying human isnt about quality

its the only part that actually builds the relationship

ai does the research now but nobody takes a call because the draft was good

Really powerful stuff– No one wants to update a CRM, but everyone needs to know the latest customer data. Great opportunity for AI to automate and streamline.

true!

updating CRM is defly one of boring tasks that should be automated :)

This is a great example of where AI agents are heading. The real value isn't replacing salespeople, it's eliminating repetitive work like research, prospect qualification, and follow-ups so humans can spend more time building relationships. The biggest challenge now isn't whether these agents work, but how reliably they perform in real-world sales workflows. Have you found that human review is still essential before sending outreach, or are the results good enough to automate end-to-end?
