This is such a clear breakdown of how to use Claude artifacts, honestly, I hadn’t thought about using Claude this way before. Super inspiring. It’s sparked a few ideas to test for my own work.
I checked out the restaurant roleplay you'd made and it was surprisingly good.
A few months back I tried using ChatGPT to assist with learning Spanish. The very first thing I asked it, it confidently gave me the wrong answer. This made me somewhat reluctant to trust AI with this.
This is such a great example to learn from! I’m especially impressed that I could actually open the link and interact with it, that was unexpected and super cool. Did Claude host the artifacts? And will those artifacts stay live indefinitely?
Thanks for sharing this!
What really amazed me, though, is that you actually practiced this consistently for months and then distilled everything into one insightful post. It’s sparked so many new ideas for me and it’s refreshing to see a workflow that doesn’t rely entirely on Cursor.
Yes they host it and will stay there. I think it's the same as typical webpages across internet.
Thank Jenny :)
Cursor is too much for non coders or hybrid vibe coders haha
I think since Claude is really good at coding, thats why artifact is so good at building mini apps. You can also try Gemini's canvas since Gemini is great too with coding.
This is such an amazing use of Claude, I’m blown away. And the coolest part is how this framework could be replicated to so many other applications. You convinced me, Wyndo. Time to fire up Claude and start experimenting
This is so creative, Wyndo. I’ve been using Duolingo for the last year and it falls short, just like you called out as it’s not designed for individual learning styles. Might have to switch things up. Thanks!

Claude is best at coding, no wonder their artifact feature is one of the best there is! You can build anything you want :)

Thank you! :)
I see. You can also try to use Gemini since it's great at coding and complex reasoning and it's free.
Fascinating usage! Is it possible to create these app/artifacts and package them as programs for friends/family to use?
YES!
Thats exactly it's built for, but you can't specify who can access it.
It can be accessed by anyone who knows the link.
Unless you export the code and build it your own.
Interesting, thanks! I'll definitely try it out!

Great stuff, Wyndo!
Haha thanks for the shout-out! This is sparking all kinds of ideas for me!
your comment was brilliant!
Well articulated. It generated a lot of possibilities for future posts, thanks :)

Yes! Highly applicable across any apps that you can think of. Thats the real power!
Excited to see what you're gonna build!
This is a fabulous breakdown and explanation of how to create and indibidualized learning app.
I'm off to have a cup of tea and ruminate a little while on the possibilities.
Looking forward to see what you're gonna build :)

Duolingo to me is a gaming company disguised as a language learning app 🤣
Thanks Tam :)
Much appreciated, hope more people can try and build whatever they want now!
Oh 100% the pings and milestones. It gets you 😆 They have mastered gamification.
Same with NYT 🙂
I gave up on Spanish when I had to move to past tense. And started forgetting what I had learnt.
This is a nice way to get back to it.
Much appreciated :)
Hope you can resume your learning with AI!
You have given me some great ideas here @wyndo. I’m a fan of Claude and its Projects feature.
You might want to dig deeper about the pros and cons of learning styles however. I asked Claude:
“What is the latest research about the effectiveness of tailoring teaching to student learning styles?”
Claude sometimes feel underrated nowadays given people use ChatGPT a lot. Yes, it requires us to understand which learning style that suits us best.
Thanks for sharing this. Could you clarify what type of app Claude is creating? Is it a mobile phone app, web app, ...?
It’s web based app inside of Claude that you can access like any other web pages in the internet.
One of Mt online friends has been using ChatGPT to learn Chinese and now Korean. She is able to watch TV shows in those languages.
Amazing achievement! Do they have specific learning system?
@noticings is Gwynne Michelle 's substack. She has written a lot about it on Facebook, under her name or under The Heretic Nun.
You can also, you know, buy a book and do exercises.
Is that what you’re doing? Because it looks like you’re just playing with legos.
