I have a question: I’m using the fitness app The Pump by Arnold. Yes…that Arnold. He wanted to create his complete workouts with a few IT buddies and it’s been great. My question is how legit is the advice from cove? Is it based on a body Hilder’s knowledge or just random online surfing? I’m considering hybrid the The Pump app to Cove when I can.
I think Cove will source from internet and suggest what works generally for most people. But what you can do is to upload your workout tracker log and put on Cove and start to extract or visualize it inside the app.
👋 Ryan from Cove here. Love the post! I also use Cove for my personal fitness tracking. If you (or any other reader here) have any questions or feedback for the team, please reach out (ryan@cove.ai)
We can but the accessibility wont be that good because it works well only on desktop. But you can try by uploading your directory to Google sheets and paste the link on the Cove and see what happens. The visualization could work though!
Your post was my entry point to Cove, thanks for the inspiration! I ended up building a fully functioning meal tracker (probably the best I’ve used so far😅) by experimenting with the tool for a couple of hours.
I wrote about the whole process here, with some tips and honest thoughts on what worked (and what didn’t):
This is crazy exciting!! Only read 2 of your posts and I'm subscribing. So many possibilities ...
Glad u feel the same way.
The best AI tools are ones which give us possibilities, not another limitation. Thats why Cove is one of my most fave AI tools!
Let me know if you got cool tricks to try!
Loving your summations. All mindblowing, interesting and helpful. After 5 minutes play I’m hooked on Cove.ai already. So many uses!
we can build anything we can imagine :)

Thanks Wyndo for this wonderful blog post. Its very close to a project that I have been deliberating about. Lets speak soon!
Glad you find it very useful. This is much easier way to build your own app, see u next week!
Oh wow, I need to try this!
Wyndo, do you think we could use it for the directory itself?

That’s insane… love the use case for your personal plan and thanks for including the tool comparison, that’s really helpful!
this product is wild!
Cant stop myself from tinkering with it everyday. And also we need think interacting with AI beyond chat.
It's just amazing how much creativity we could generate if only we perceive it like playing and thats what i feel with Cove!
Yes! Feel the same … working with AI feels more like playing and the more I play the better are the results 😃 great times

I also mentioned your article in the list of examples, of course I had to credit where the spark came from! 💪
